Part of a distinguished family of Northern northern Italian painters, Campi depicts his sitter with an unidealized face dominated by carefully observed wrinkles. He stares out intently while grasping what may be a letter with its paper seal broken in his right hand. Despite this intense gaze the figure does not establish a lively connection with the viewer, and his mood remains distant and reserved, in keeping with Renaissance ideas about elegant comportment. Though his costume appears plain, the sumptuous black fabric was indicative of high status in some parts of Europe. --Michele Frederick (December 2011)

The product dropdown menu gives you the possibility to pick the size and material of your choice. The following sizes and materials are the options we offer you for individualization:

  • Metal (aluminium debond mbipụta): Aluminium Dibond prints are metal prints with an impressive depth effect. For the Direct Print On Aluminum Dibond, we print your selected artwork on the surface of the aluminum. The white & bright parts of the original work of art shine with a silk gloss, however without any glow. The UV print on Aluminum Dibond is one of the most popular entry-level products and is an extremely sophisticated way to showcase art, since it draws attention on the image.
  • Bipụta na enyo acrylic: A glossy acrylic glass print, which is sometimes referred to as a plexiglass print, changes your selected artwork into beautiful décor. The artwork will be printed with state-of-the-art UV direct printing machines. It creates sharp and vivid colors. With an acrylic glass fine art print sharp contrasts and artwork details will be identifiable due to the very fine gradation of the picture.
  • Kwaaji: The canvas direct print is a printed canvas stretched on a wood stretcher. What is more, canvas print makes a cosy, pleasing atmosphere. Canvas prints are relatively low in weight, meaning that it is easy and straightforward to hang your Canvas print without any wall-mounts. Hence, canvas prints are suitable for all kinds of walls.
  • Mbipụta akwụkwọ mmado (akwa akwa akwa): The poster is a printed sheet of canvas paper with a slightly roughened texture on the surface, which resembles the original version of the masterpiece. A poster print is suited for framing the fine art print with the help of a custom-made frame. Please bear in mind, that depending on the size of the poster print we add a white margin of something between 2-6cm round about the artwork, which facilitates the framing with your custom frame.
