The procession celebrates the victory of the Roman general Aemilius Paulus over King Perseus of Macedon in 168 B.C. Aemilius Paulus rides in triumph on the gold cart to the right followed by prisoners, among whom is Perseus with his family. The temple of Jupiter Capitolinus with its hundred steps dominates the background. The picture, with more than one hundred fully realized figures and a dozen horses, was begun in 1787 and presented as Vernet's reception piece to the Académie Royale de Peinture et de Sculpture in 1789. It was exhibited at the Salons of 1789 and 1791.

  • Mpempe akwụkwọ mmado ebipụtara na akwa akwa: A poster is a printed canvas paper with a nice finish on the surface. The poster print is ideally suited for placing the art replica using a customized frame. Please keep in mind, that depending on the size of the poster print we add a white margin of something between 2-6cm round about the print motif, which facilitates the framing with a custom frame.
  • Kwaaji: The printed canvas, not to be confused with a painting on a canvas, is a digital image applied directly on canvas. How do I hang a canvas on the wall? The great advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight, which implies that it is easy to hang the Canvas print without the use of extra wall-mounts. Canvas prints are suitable for any type of wall in your home.
  • Mbipụta iko acrylic na-egbuke egbuke (ya na mkpuchi iko n'ezie): A glossy acrylic glass print, which is often described as a plexiglass print, will change your favorite original into beautiful wall décor.
  • Aluminom ihe eji eme ihe: An Aluminium Dibond print is a material with an impressive depth. For your Print On Aluminum Dibond, we print the chosen artpiece on the surface of the aluminum composite. The white and bright components of the original work of art shine with a silky gloss, however without the glow.

Nkwupụta iwu: We try whatever we can to depict our products in as much detail as possible and to exhibit them visually. Although, the pigments of the print products, as well as the printing can diverge to a certain extent from the representation on your device's monitor. Depending on your screen settings and the condition of the surface, color pigments might not be printed as realistically as the digital version. Bearing in mind that our fine art prints are processed and printed manually, there might as well be slight deviations in the motif's size and exact position.
