  • Mbipụta akwụkwọ mmado (akwa akwa akwa): A poster print is a printed flat cotton canvas paper with a fine texture on the surface. Please bear in mind, that depending on the size of the poster print we add a white margin 2-6cm round about the work of art in order to facilitate the framing with your custom frame.
  • Mbipụta kanvas: The UV printed canvas material mounted on a wood stretcher frame. It generates a sculptural impression of three-dimensionality. The advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight, which means that it is easy and straightforward to hang the Canvas print without the use of extra wall-mounts. That is why, a canvas print is suited for any kind of wall.
  • Mbipụta iko acrylic (nke nwere ezigbo mkpuchi iko): A glossy print on acrylic glass, often denoted as a UV print on plexiglass, will transform the artwork into beautiful home decoration and makes a viable alternative to canvas or dibond fine art prints. Our acrylic glass protects your selected art replica against sunlight and heat for many years.
  • Mbipụta ọla (aluminium dibbond): An Aluminium Dibond print is a print material with a true effect of depth, creating a modern look by having a surface structure, which is non-reflective. The Aluminium Dibond Print is your best start to fine art prints with aluminum. The white & bright parts of the original work of art shine with a silk gloss but without the glare.

Ihe dị mkpa: We try our best to describe our products as closely as it is possible and to illustrate them visually. At the same time, the pigments of the print materials and the print result can differ somehwat from the image on the device's monitor. Depending on your settings of your screen and the condition of the surface, not all color pigments will be printed as realisitcally as the digital version. Considering that all our art reproductions are processed and printed manually, there might also be slight variations in the motif's exact position and the size.

The painting illustrates the episode in the Gospel of Matthew, in which Pontius Pilate, after having tried to save Christ from death, washed his hands and declared "I am innocent of the blood of this righteous person." The canvas is mentioned in two letters addressed by Preti to the Sicilian collector Antonio Ruffo in 1663. It was not purchased by Ruffo—who owned Rembrandt’s Aristotle with a Bust of Homer—but may have been in the collection of the Rospigliosi family in Rome. Preti moved to Malta in 1661 and the picture dates from his stay on the island.
