In the dropdown lists right next to the product offering you can choose your favorite size and material. You can choose among the following product customization options:

  • Mbipụta akwụkwọ mmado (ihe kwaaji): The poster is a UV printed cotton canvas with a slightly roughened surface finish, which resembles the actual masterpiece. It is best appropriate for placing the art replica with the help of a custom frame. Please note, that depending on the size of the poster print we add a white margin of something between 2 - 6cm round about the print in order to facilitate the framing with a custom frame.
  • Mbipụta ọla (aluminium dibbond): Aluminium Dibond prints are metal prints with an outstanding depth. The bright and white parts of the original work of art shine with a silk gloss but without glare. The colors are luminous in the highest definition, details of the print are crisp and clear.
  • Mbipụta enyo acrylic: An acrylic glass print, which is often referred to as a UV print on plexiglass, transforms your favorite original artwork into décor and is a distinct alternative to canvas and dibond art prints. Your favorite artwork is manufactured with the help of modern UV printing technology. Our real glass coating protects your selected art print against light and heat for between 40-60 years.
  • Mbipụta kwaaji: A canvas print is a printed cotton canvas mounted on a wooden stretcher. Canvas Prints have the great advantage of being relatively low in weight, meaning that it is easy to hang up your Canvas print without any wall-mounts. Hence, canvas prints are suited for any type of wall.

Ihe dị mkpa: We do the best we can in order to describe the products with as many details as possible and to display them visually on the respective product detail pages. Please keep in mind that the pigments of the print products, as well as the print result might diverge to a certain extent from the image on the device's monitor. Depending on your screen settings and the nature of the surface, color pigments may not be printed as exactly as the digital version on this website. Although not titled this painting shows the iconographic elements of representations of Esmeralda with the presence of the goat, the tambourine on a shelf, and a gothic column in the background. It is part of the series of portraits of Esmeralda, the representative in his room with his goat Djali that may be related to two moments of the story. Basically when Esmeralda actually "learn the letters" Djali, or when refugee as much as sequestered in Notre Dame. This last theme that experienced the greatest success with the famous painting of Charles Steuben, 1841 salon, now the Museum of Fine Arts in Nantes. If the Gothic column appears connect the table to this theme, Lionel Royer treats here in an unusual way. Indeed, it does not show Esmeralda, dreamy and melancholy bored in his seclusion, but instead happily playing with his goat.

Nothing is known of the date and context of realization of this work seems, however, be dependent on the work of Luc-Olivier Merson for the illustration of Notre Dame de Paris in the National Edition whose volumes were published in 1889 or the composition that drew the frontispiece of the chapter "a tear for a drop of water" to meet the command of Paul Meurice in 1902 (inv. No. 203). The costume of Esmeralda is indeed close to that invented by the painter (long dress, belt, bustier).
