Championing the unspoiled American wilderness, Cole declared, "We are still in Eden," in his Essay on American Scenery, published two years before he painted this view of the Adirondacks. Cole sketched the scene in early summer, but when he created the painting in his Catskill studio, he rendered it in a dramatic blaze of fall colors. Such a choice likely had nationalistic overtones, for Cole once proclaimed that autumn was "one season where the American forest surpasses all the world in gorgeousness." Cole further underscored the New World character of his scene by depicting Native Americans in the right foreground foliage. At this time, the presence of Native Americans in the Adirondacks-as in most areas east of the Mississippi River-was rapidly diminishing due to forced resettlement and repression.

  • Kwaaji: The UV printed canvas applied on a wood frame. A canvas print generates a lively and comfortable look. Your canvas of your favorite work of art will allow you to transform your own fine art print into a large size artpiece. The advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight, which means that it is easy to hang up your Canvas print without additional wall-mounts. A canvas print is suitable for all types of walls.
  • Poster (akwa akwa akwa): The poster print is a printed canvas paper with a slightly roughened finish on the surface, which reminds the original artwork. A printed poster is suited for placing the art copy with the help of a custom-made frame. Please note, that depending on the size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin 2-6cm round about the work of art, which facilitates the framing with your custom frame.
  • Glass acrylic ebipụtara (nke nwere ezigbo mkpuchi iko n'elu): An print on acrylic glass, which is often labelled as a UV print on plexiglass, will change the artwork into décor. Above all, the acrylic print makes a good alternative to canvas or dibond fine art replicas. The work of art will be printed thanks to the help of state-of-the-art UV direct print technology. The effect of this are deep, vivid colors. With an acrylic glass fine art print sharp contrasts plus granular artwork details become recognizeable due to the very fine gradation.
  • Aluminom dibond mbipụta (ọla): An Aluminium Dibond print is a print material with an outstanding depth effect - for a modern impression and non-reflective surface. For our Direct Print On Aluminum Dibond, we print the chosen artpiece right onto the surface of the white-primed aluminum. The colors of the print are luminous and vivid, details are very clear, and you can notice a matte appearance of the print.

Ederede iwu dị mkpa: We try in order to describe the art products in as much detail as possible and to illustrate them visually on the various product detail pages. Although, the pigments of the print materials and the imprint might diverge marginally from the image on the device's monitor. Depending on your screen settings and the condition of the surface, not all color pigments are printed as realisitcally as the digital version depicted here. Because the fine art prints are processed and printed by hand, there may as well be slight differences in the motif's exact position and the size.
